Role Overview
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will support the company’s efforts to attract and retain high-quality nurses and support workers. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in the full recruitment journey as well as onboarding, while helping to strengthen relationships across the business.
Key Duties
- Prepare recruitment advertisements and role descriptions for a variety of positions.
- Manage onboarding activities and make sure all compliance requirements are completed for new hires.
- Carry out reference checks, arrange interview schedules, and participate in interviews.
- Handle general administrative tasks connected to recruitment operations.
- Take part in university events and recruitment campaigns from time to time.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant enjoys administrative work and preferably has some previous exposure to HR or recruitment. This role is well suited to someone who is either already working as a recruitment administrator and wants greater responsibility, or an administrator ready to move into a specialist recruitment-focused role.
