Its focus is on responding quickly to care needs, helping people become more independent, and supporting overall well-being.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will support the company’s efforts to attract and retain high-quality nurses and support workers. • Manage onboarding activities and make sure all compliance requirements are completed for new hires.
  • Carry out reference checks, arrange interview schedules, and participate in interviews.
  • Handle general administrative tasks connected to recruitment operations.
  • Take part in university events and recruitment campaigns from time to time.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant enjoys administrative work and preferably has some previous exposure to HR or recruitment.
