Job description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage multiple shared email inboxes.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to facilitate regular safety checks.
  • Manage and update recruitment data using MS Forms, Excel, and SAP HRIS.
  • Handle recruitment and safety verification inquiries, arranging necessary pre-employment screening.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure thorough vetting and reference checks for frontline roles.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop expertise in Recruitment and Human Resources. Candidates should have prior experience, strong multitasking abilities, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure. Aptitude in phone communication, data management, and Microsoft cloud applications is essential. Attention to detail and excellent written communication are critical.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with pre-employment checks such as Ministry of Justice and police vetting is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or recruitment role is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of recruitment protocols, privacy requirements, and candidate care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formula usage, is a plus but not mandatory.
