Recruiting Analyst / Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Staffing)

About the Role

Sigma Allied Services is looking to bring on board a Recruiting Analyst / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support US staffing needs. This position requires 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and is based in Airoli, Mumbai, with work scheduled in a US shift and a work-from-office model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment cycle for the positions assigned to you.
• Identify and attract candidates using job portals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring expectations.
• Carry out first-round screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Move shortlisted candidates through ATS and VMS platforms.
• Arrange interviews, collect feedback, support offer processing, and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding.
• Keep a healthy and active talent pool ready for current and upcoming hiring demands.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in US staffing or US recruitment.
• Strong background in managing recruitment from start to finish.
• Practical experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
• Working familiarity with ATS/VMS systems such as Bullhorn or comparable tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort with US shift timings and a work-from-office setup.
