Role Overview

This full-time Recruiter position is located in Hisar and follows a hybrid working style, blending onsite presence with work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will oversee comprehensive hiring operations which involve sourcing candidates from job portals, social media platforms, and networking events, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with clients and internal teams to organize further interview rounds. Responsibilities also include managing candidate pipelines, keeping the applicant tracking system updated, and ensuring a positive and inclusive recruitment journey for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and craft clear job descriptions.
• Conduct sourcing through multiple channels including online job boards and professional networks.
• Screen applications, carry out initial candidate interviews, and schedule subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate campus and internship recruitment efforts and support related initiatives.
• Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
• Continuously refine recruitment strategies and processes for better results.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Experienced in managing recruitment workflows including interviews, selection coordination, pipeline management, and onboarding support.
• Strong client engagement skills for gathering requirements, managing expectations, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with a strong emphasis on respect and inclusiveness.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail, capable of prioritizing multiple open roles efficiently.
• Comfortable working with HR tools such as ATS, spreadsheets, and collaboration software.
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred; familiarity with startup or SME environments considered a plus.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification relevant to recruitment.
• Dedicated to equitable hiring practices and able to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment from Hisar.
