This role focuses on executing end-to-end hiring processes for critical non-technical positions, primarily catering to fast-growing sectors like D2C, retail, logistics, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will help fuel our rapid expansion by sourcing and securing top talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, beginning with understanding job specifications and progressing through candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and finalizing offers.
- Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline tailored for specialized non-IT roles such as supply chain/logistics, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and retail management.
- Utilize targeted sourcing techniques including niche job portals, professional networks, and social media channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with various hiring managers across retail and warehouse departments to plan forthcoming recruitment needs and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Assess candidates comprehensively by considering skills, cultural compatibility, and sector-specific performance indicators like conversion rates and fulfillment KPIs.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 4 years of hands-on recruiting experience focused on non-IT sectors.
- Proven background in hiring for D2C, retail, supply chain/logistics, or e-commerce organizations.
- Competence in using Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed, and other recruiting technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar disciplines.
