Role Overview
The Recruiter for the Operations vertical is a key player in executing high-volume recruitment to meet Amazon India's expansion and growth. This role involves working closely with business leaders to analyze hiring needs, crafting sourcing strategies for both volume and specialized roles, and ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment plans aligned with hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate administration, including scheduling, job postings, and applicant tracking.
- Develop and nurture a talent pool to fulfill future hiring demands.
- Collaborate effectively with recruitment agencies when applicable.
- Organize recruitment events, assessments, and interviews.
- Screen and evaluate applications for position fit.
- Communicate interview logistics and serve as the intermediary with candidates.
- Coordinate background verification processes.
- Prepare documentation for onboarding of selected candidates.
- Participate in meetings with hiring managers to review recruitment tactics.
- Provide recruitment guidance across personnel levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in human resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in recruiting or human resources.
Additional Details
