Risk Manager - Driver Identity Verification Team

As the Risk Manager, you will lead this critical team to ensure the highest standards of customer experience and security while balancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of investigators responsible for conducting thorough risk reviews of driver accounts.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and establish operational cadences to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Use data analysis, including Excel, Access, SQL, and other tools, to support investigations and generate reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks from fraudulent activities and account abuses, aiming for zero fraud incidents, account takeovers, false positives, and scams.
• Collaborate with global program owners to design business strategies that enhance customer experience through improved SLAs and policy feedback.
• Manage staffing forecasts and training programs to ensure team capabilities meet business demands.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like investigation volume, decision quality, and SLA adherence.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence within the team.
• Communicate findings clearly in weekly narratives and review forums, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Develop and grow employees’ skill sets to expand team capacity and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, as well as experience with data querying languages.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support ongoing operations.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management, and process enhancement.
