- Develop productive, long-term relationships with candidates and clients through timely and consistent communication.

- Handle a large number of hiring managers, clients, and open requisitions at once.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on experience sourcing and evaluating talent in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Strong track record of delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring partners.
- Ability to communicate Tesla’s mission and the value of each role in a compelling way.
- Strong sense of urgency, multitasking ability, and solid organizational discipline.
- Experience keeping applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
- Experience across both corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred.
