Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to perform expert interviews as part of our recruitment process. This is a part-time remote opportunity offering flexible hours with compensation between $50 and $60 per hour. The role primarily involves interviewing shortlisted candidates to evaluate their expertise and communication skills and assisting the team with candidate tiering and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structured interviews with selected experts to assess technical knowledge and communication abilities.
• Verify candidate availability, work eligibility, and exclusivity agreements while identifying any potential concerns.
• Classify candidates into categories such as advance, hold, or pass and deliver clear summaries to the recruitment team.
• Manage interview schedules during regular weekday business hours, mainly aligned with Eastern Standard Time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, conducting interviews, or expert vetting.
• Strong aptitude for evaluating senior-level professionals efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with sound and structured judgment.
• Availability to work during EST weekday business hours.
• Commitment to providing approximately 10 hours per week remotely.
