Role Overview

The Recruiter position is focused on delivering professional recruitment services to both employers and job seekers within the EPlus network. The role involves building strong employer relationships, understanding their labor needs, and carefully matching candidates to achieve sustainable employment. Meeting or exceeding KPIs while maintaining an outcome-driven approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture proactive relationships with employers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of employer businesses and hiring processes.
  • Engage job-ready candidates to capitalize on employment opportunities.
  • Effectively match employers with the right candidates to ensure long-term employment success.

  • Proven track record in cold calling and engaging potential clients.
  • Successful experience in proactive business growth activities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver quality service.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities.
  • A history of expanding client relationships from initial contact.
  • Experience thriving in a high-demand, competitive KPI-focused environment.
