Role Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to expand our competitive edge in the M&A sector. When Buena acquires property management companies nationwide, it is crucial to rapidly replace existing management with tech-focused leadership. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and recruit future managing directors for these acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 80% of your time to direct outreach and sourcing of managing directors using platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
• Manage, refine, and take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruiting process and CRM systems to maximize efficiency.
• Seamlessly integrate the M&A pipeline with talent acquisition, ensuring immediate placement of leadership post-deal closure.
• Systematically analyze the German market and build strategic talent pools for future acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of proven success in executive search, headhunting, tech recruiting, or equivalent roles with track record of closing senior positions.
• Strong resilience in direct candidate outreach, confident demeanor, and a results-oriented work ethic.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
• Highly structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to work.
• Proficient use of modern sourcing tools, CRM systems, and AI applications to boost daily effectiveness.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) headquarters.
