The team has partnered with more than 200,000 businesses nationwide and has supported employment outcomes for well over half a million Australians.

The work environment is high-performing, commercially minded, and focused on results. Although the organisation is not-for-profit, it operates in a competitive sector where achieving and surpassing targets is an important part of every role.
