Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial health by overseeing the recovery of outstanding dues and debts. The position requires proactive follow-up with customers who have overdue accounts, careful maintenance of communication and transaction records, and coordination with internal teams to resolve pending issues while maintaining strong customer service standards and ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of recovering vehicles from drivers who are not complying with company requirements.
- Arrange towing or lifting support for vehicles that cannot be driven away.
- Accompany the senior security lead on official assignments as a driver.
- Build and sustain working relationships with vehicle recovery partners.
Requirements
- A minimum of secondary school education or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least 5 years of driving experience is needed.
- Strong familiarity with routes and local areas is important.
- You must be capable of operating multiple vehicle types, including bikes, cars, and pickup trucks.
- Good verbal communication skills are necessary.
Key Metrics
- Share of assigned recoveries completed successfully.
- Turnaround time for recoveries, tracked through monitoring of recovery agents.
- Compliance with road safety rules and regulations during recovery work.
- Reduction of recoveries by resolving DP returns through voluntary returns or by keeping the DP active with Moove.
