Position Overview
The Record Center Specialist plays a vital role in handling and processing physical records held at the records center to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tapes, boxes, and other materials containing confidential documents for delivery.
- Collaborate with Transportation Specialists to load and unload company vehicles.
- Use wireless scanning technology to process all incoming orders accurately.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming or outgoing orders.
- Generate all necessary paperwork for daily deliveries.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Physically capable of lifting boxes and items up to 60 pounds including recycling bins and materials.
- Have 1 to 2 years of prior experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift and/or pick lift certification is considered an advantage.
- Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
