Job description

Overview

The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors at Origin Child Development Center, located in Santoshnagar, Hyderabad. This full-time position involves various front office duties essential for smooth daily functioning of the center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, parents, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming communications through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for therapists efficiently to optimize workflow.
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and keep meticulous daily payment logs.
  • Work closely with therapists to coordinate schedules and patient flow.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, orderly, and welcoming, especially for children.
  • Perform various administrative duties while protecting patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Address any concerns or complaints by escalating them to the relevant departments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed 12th grade or holds a Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply if they possess strong communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computing tasks.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in at least two of these languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Exemplary professional demeanor and a positive, customer-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

  • Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  • Maintaining a child-friendly reception environment is essential.
