  • Act as a reliable intermediary between the CEO, leadership team, board members, investors, partners, and other external parties.
  • Monitor and track multi-departmental initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, and company events.

  • Superior written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking aptitude.
  • High professionalism with discretion and excellent judgment.
  • Adaptable to rapidly evolving priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and contemporary collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives in high-growth or venture-backed companies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.
