Position Overview

Golden Vista Resort is in search of a polished and customer-oriented Receptionist / Front Office Executive to efficiently manage front desk duties and deliver outstanding guest service. The role requires excellent communication abilities, hospitality expertise, and experience in managing guest interactions to ensure a welcoming experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism.
  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, and registration procedures accurately.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all phone inquiries and guest requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive guest records and reservation information with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and various departments to facilitate excellent guest services.
  • Handle guest issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
  • Oversee front desk operations to foster a positive guest environment.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Support general resort administrative tasks and daily operations.

Candidate Expectations

  • At least two years of professional experience in reception, front office, hotel, resort, or customer service roles.
  • Completion of 12th grade education.
  • Basic conversational English skills.
  • Strong communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality and guest service principles.
  • Proficiency in handling telephone etiquette and front desk software.
  • Computer literate with ability to manage guest registration and monitoring systems.
  • Elegant personal appearance and professional demeanor.
