Listers Group is looking for a polished, articulate, and professional Receptionist to join its SKODA dealership in Coventry. This front-of-house role is central to creating a welcoming, organised, and efficient customer experience from the moment visitors arrive.

Working pattern

The role is scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. There may also be a need to provide cover on other weekdays at times.

Key responsibilities

You will act as the first point of contact for the dealership, helping to make a strong and positive first impression for customers and visitors.

• Welcome visitors to the showroom, make introductions, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the correct department.
• Assist with customer events and promotional activity across departments.
• Handle general administrative and ad hoc front-office tasks as needed.
