Job description
Role Overview
As a Patient Service Associate at National University Polyclinics, you will help patients better understand self-care and self-management resources while supporting the clinic’s day-to-day service operations. The role combines patient engagement, programme support, and frontline administrative duties in a busy healthcare setting.
Patient Education and Community Outreach
You will actively guide patients on using mobile applications and other self-help tools, and help onboard them into national healthcare programmes such as Healthier SG. A key part of the role is encouraging self-care by sharing practical information with patients and contributing to initiatives that benefit the wider community.
You may also assist in planning and coordinating patient programmes, including working with external vendors, arranging logistics, and managing schedules to ensure smooth delivery.
Frontline Clinic Support
In your daily clinic work, you will support patients with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral processing, and payment collection. You will serve as a primary point of contact for general enquiries, carry out basic health screening tasks such as height and weight measurements and blood pressure checks, and make outbound calls when patients have urgent needs.
You will also provide administrative assistance to the clinic whenever required.
