Main duties
- Arrange customer vehicle bookings for servicing and repair work, and coordinate with the workshop team to plan the workload.
- Welcome customers when they arrive and manage the full handover journey, from drop-off through to collection.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s progress, approve any extra work where needed, and carry out follow-up calls.
- Work closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams so vehicles are completed and returned on schedule.
What the employer is looking for
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
- A professional appearance and a motivated, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with targets linked to customer satisfaction and sales results.

- Free or on-site parking.
- Company events.
