Role Overview
eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is hiring a dependable Reception Technician to support its After-Sales Services team in Riyadh. This role focuses on handling customer-facing technical support, coordinating repair workflows, and helping maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CE Services performance indicators and help keep results aligned with the agreed targets.
- Respond to customer questions related to product repairs and device troubleshooting.
- Track repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Manage technical complaints from customers and work toward effective resolution.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of process improvements that raise service quality.
- Keep technical knowledge current through continuous learning and skill development.
- Work with planners and technicians to make sure repaired products are ready before the customer’s promised collection date.
- Make sure customers clearly understand their technical issue, repair scope, expected cost, and pickup timing before leaving.
- Explain device usage to customers and perform device testing at the reception counter.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
- Background in electronics or home appliances is required.
- Strong ability to communicate and support customers professionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
