Role overview
We are hiring a careful and results-focused Retail Media Lead to join the Marketing team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of the Screens Project, from early planning through rollout, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete Screens Project lifecycle, including planning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Make sure all stores are implemented on schedule and fully prepared operationally.
- Plan, schedule, and refine screen media content so it supports marketing, commercial, and promotional goals.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately across every screen.
- Improve screen placements to unlock additional revenue potential.
- Create and implement monetization plans that deliver measurable ROI.
- Partner with IT, Commercial, VM, Operations, and Data teams to ensure smooth delivery and technical readiness.
- Manage CMS operations, resolve issues with IT support, and maintain platform reliability.
- Handle media vendors, negotiate agreements, and ensure SLA commitments are met.
- Review vendor performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Monitor key metrics, assess campaign outcomes, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Introduce tools, technologies, and best practices that improve screen performance and campaign results.
- Keep up to date with digital signage developments, programmatic screens, and retail media trends.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Media, Trade Marketing, or Retail Media.
- Strong background in media planning, campaign execution, and ROI-focused initiatives.
- Proven ability to work with retail media networks, OOH, or digital signage environments.
- Hands-on experience in budget oversight, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical approach with solid skills in performance reporting based on data.
- Comfort using digital systems such as CMS platforms, media analytics tools, or programmatic advertising solutions.
