About the Role

Mfaza Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-focused sales professional who can build trust with clients and guide them through property transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete sales journey, from the first interaction with a client through to final deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and matching them with suitable property options.
• Work consistently toward monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Follow up on prospective leads and turn them into completed sales.
• Represent the company professionally during property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably across residential and commercial properties.
• A proven history of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of the Jeddah and Western Region real estate market.
• Valid driving license and willingness to conduct on-site property viewings.
• Familiarity with CRM tools will be considered an advantage.
