Job summary

Trans Emirates Property L.L.C is hiring a Real Estate Portals Expert for its Marketing / Digital Marketing function in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role focuses on managing and improving property listings across major UAE real estate portals to increase exposure, attract quality leads, and maintain strong listing performance.

What you will do

Take ownership of the company’s accounts on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Prepare, publish, update, and refine property listings with correct information, polished copy, and strong visual content.
Make sure every listing meets each portal’s rules, quality expectations, and verification standards.
Improve listing placement and search visibility through portal-specific optimization.
Run premium, featured, and boosted listing campaigns to widen reach.
Track inquiries, lead flow, and performance metrics for all portals.
Review portal dashboards and prepare reports on listing results.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to decide which properties should be prioritized.
Manage portal subscriptions, credits, and paid promotional products.
Keep up with portal changes, platform updates, and recommended best practices.

Requirements

Hands-on experience working with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is required.
Solid understanding of listing enhancement techniques and how portal ranking systems work.
Background in UAE real estate portal management is necessary.
Strong eye for detail and good planning/organization skills.
Ability to handle several listings at the same time without missing details.
Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic would be an advantage.

Preferred skills

Working knowledge of real estate CRM systems.
Basic grasp of digital marketing concepts and lead conversion funnels.
Analytical, data-oriented approach to managing listings.
