Real Estate Photographer

The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Photographer located in or near Lancaster, CA to produce high-quality images of properties for listings, marketing materials, and promotional efforts for a prominent full-service local property management company. The perfect candidate is imaginative, dependable, and able to work independently while delivering excellent photographic results.

• Work closely with clients to grasp the distinctive selling features and creative vision of each property.
• Photograph interiors and exteriors of various residential and commercial buildings.
• Utilize professional camera techniques, lighting setups, and composition tailored for real estate photography.
• Ensure prompt delivery of images suitable for listings and marketing purposes.

Ideal Profile

• Demonstrated photography experience, preferably with a portfolio focused on real estate or architecture.
• Skilled in photo post-processing software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Experience using professional cameras and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is advantageous.
• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities to consistently meet deadlines for listings.
