Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Photographer situated in or near Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The primary responsibility is to produce high-quality images of properties to support listings, marketing efforts, and promotional activities for a well-known full-service local property management firm. The perfect candidate combines creativity and reliability, demonstrating an ability to work independently and accurately to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to grasp each property's distinctive selling features and creative vision.
• Photograph interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial real estate.
• Utilize professional techniques in camera handling, lighting setup, and composition tailored to real estate photography.
• Ensure prompt delivery of images, ready for listing and marketing use.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates solid experience in photography, preferably with a portfolio focused on real estate or architecture.
• Skilled in using photo editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable software.
• Well-versed in lighting, framing, and composition for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Familiarity with professional camera gear, including wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses, is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven with excellent time management capabilities to consistently meet deadlines.
