Role Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Photographer located in or near Lexington, KY to produce high-quality photos for property listings, marketing, and promotional materials for a prominent local property management firm. The right candidate will be inventive, dependable, and able to work autonomously while consistently achieving excellent photographic results.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to comprehend each property’s unique features and creative vision.
• Photograph both interiors and exteriors of various residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize professional camera techniques, lighting, and composition specialized for real estate settings.
• Ensure timely delivery of images for listings and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated photography experience, preferably including real estate or architectural work.
• Skilled with photo editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalents.
• Excellent grasp of lighting, framing, and composition in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Familiarity with professional camera gear, including wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses, is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven with effective time management to consistently meet deadlines.
