Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Photo Editor to join a partner company based in Germany. This remote position suits a detail-focused professional experienced in photo editing within the real estate sector. The role involves crafting top-notch visuals that enhance the presentation of residential and commercial properties through skillful image enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit roughly 50-60 real estate images daily, maintaining superior image quality, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.
• Enhance drone-captured photographs by refining aerial shots and incorporating labels, landmarks, annotations, or overlays that emphasize property features.
• Conduct advanced image editing including color correction, sky replacement, perspective adjustments, object removals, compositing, and retouching.
• Utilize tools such as Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to achieve professional editing outcomes.
• Analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and related documents to ensure visual presentations reflect accurate property details.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to grasp branding and project specifications.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines in a high-volume setting.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational efforts that support team performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in photo editing, ideally in real estate.
• Proven ability with drone image editing, including adding annotations and visual elements.
• Expertise in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer, as well as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Understanding of architectural documentation such as blueprints and plans.
• Keen attention to detail ensuring consistent quality across large batches of images.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills suited for remote team collaboration.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to engage in diverse operational support activities.
