Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Photo Editor to join a partner company based in the United Arab Emirates in a fully remote capacity. This role is tailored for meticulous photo editing experts with a background or interest in real estate photography. You will enhance residential and commercial property images to create visually striking presentations that drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 50-60 real estate images daily ensuring uniform quality and aesthetic appeal.
• Enhance drone-captured aerial photos by adding landmarks, annotations, and location overlays to highlight property attributes.
• Conduct complex editing tasks including color correction, sky replacement, perspective adjustments, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
• Use professional editing applications such as Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to achieve high-caliber results.
• Interpret architectural plans and blueprints to accurately support visual content.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align with project guidelines, branding, and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines in a dynamic, high-output work setting.
• Contribute to administrative and operational efforts to enhance team effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one and two years of professional experience in photo editing, preferably related to real estate.
• Demonstrated skills in editing drone photography, including visual embellishments such as landmarks and overlays.
• Proficient use of Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is essential.
• Knowledge of working with architectural documentation like blueprints.
• Keen attention to detail, sustaining quality across large image volumes.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Self-driven, flexible, and prepared to assist with various operational responsibilities as needed.
