The intern will help with portfolio oversight, transaction-related support, and the preparation of key documents and presentations, while working closely with teams across the business to support the retail network.
What You’ll Do

- Prepare executive summaries for corporate travel.
- Develop strong skills in data entry and database upkeep to keep real estate records accurate and current.
- Support the organization of real estate documents, filing, and transaction records for Louis Vuitton Americas’ retail network.
- Work with internal stakeholders across functions and help coordinate real estate projects involving the retail organization.
Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly in both writing and speaking. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are important, along with a good grasp of basic financial concepts. The role calls for someone who can juggle several priorities at once, stay dependable, and follow through consistently. Since the work involves sensitive information, professionalism and discretion are essential. Candidates should be currently studying or have recently completed a degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, urban planning, or a similar discipline.
Compensation

- Open to candidates available full time from July through December 2026.
