Inventory Executive

Job Overview

Asset Rise is seeking a diligent Inventory Executive to manage the proper handling and upkeep of beauty product inventories. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth receipt, storage, and documentation of products while maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming beauty product shipments for accuracy.
• Systematically arrange products within the storage or inventory area to maintain order.
• Update stock records accurately using Excel or the designated inventory management system.
• Support periodic inventory audits and stock-taking exercises.
• Prepare product orders by packing and dispatching items as required.
• Report any issues such as damaged or missing goods promptly to supervisory staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the inventory space.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 12th standard or any graduate degree.
• Between one to three years of relevant experience in inventory handling.
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail accompanied by a proactive willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
