Job Overview

Expo Properties, a dynamic real estate company operating in Lusail, Qatar, is looking for a dedicated Real Estate Consultant. This role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing both residential and commercial properties throughout Qatar. The consultant will be essential in providing expert advice, managing client relations, and closing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, including consulting, viewings, and closing deals.
• Present available property listings in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends, pricing updates, and property developments in Qatar.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth completion of transactions.
• Keep meticulous transaction records and provide frequent updates to company management.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in the real estate sector.
• Possession of a valid Qatari Identification (QID) and driver's license.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle for commuting purposes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Qatar's real estate market is highly preferred.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of working independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.

Working Hours

This position requires availability from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
