R&D Associate Researcher Intern - Diploma in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Engineering

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute hands-on to innovative projects across various business units, including Health Care, Hair Care, Skin Care, Personal Care, and corporate functions like Microbiology, Analytical, and Measurements groups.

Internship areas may include Products Research, Formulation, Process Development, Methods & Measurements, Analytical, Microbiology, Bioscience, Technology Development, Packaging Development as well as Automation & Digitization. Internship assignments will be assigned based on organizational needs and the intern's background and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on experimental work or conduct consumer studies in laboratory, pilot plant, or clinical environments under supervision.
• Carry out test procedures delivering accurate and reproducible outcomes aligned with project requirements.
• Record, compile, and analyze experimental data for comprehensive review and insight generation.
• Effectively communicate results and observations to team members, highlighting any unexpected or unusual findings.

Candidate Profile

• Pursuing a full-time diploma program in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Engineering at a local polytechnic institution.
• Committed to a minimum internship duration of 22 weeks commencing September 2026.
• Passionate about hands-on experimentation, iterative learning, and resolving technical challenges.
• Capable of articulating findings clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates reliability with a personal commitment to delivering timely results.
• Maintains high standards of integrity, adaptability, and accountability.
