RCM Specialist, Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable

Role Overview

This position focuses on revenue cycle management for medical billing and accounts receivable within a U.S. healthcare environment. The role involves handling billing-related follow-ups, resolving claim denials, supporting coding accuracy, and improving end-to-end RCM performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable follow-ups, including call-based communication with payers and other billing stakeholders.
• Work on denial cases by reviewing issues, coordinating corrections, and supporting timely resolution.
• Support medical billing activities with attention to accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Apply coding knowledge where needed to help maintain correct billing and claim submission practices.
• Follow U.S. healthcare billing standards and ensure billing activities remain compliant.
• Contribute to the design and execution of revenue cycle management workflows that improve collections and operational efficiency.
