Position Overview
This full-time role is based onsite in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, working within the Airports Canada & CX Strategy branch. As a Ramp Agent, you'll be a vital team member responsible for managing the timely and safe loading and unloading of aircraft. Tasks include handling baggage, coordinating connecting bags for passengers, and performing various activities on the tarmac to ensure efficient flight operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- The starting pay rate is $18.15 per hour.
- Shift premiums apply: an additional $0.50 per hour for shifts between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM and $1.00 per hour for shifts from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Must hold a valid driver's license as operation of heavy ground equipment is required on the airside.
- Ability to repeatedly lift weights up to 70 pounds.
- Successful completion of a medical evaluation including drug and alcohol screening.
- Availability to participate in and complete a five to seven-week full-time paid training program.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts across a 24-hour schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Strong safety awareness and security consciousness.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely within a team environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant transportation security clearances and additional authorizations required by Transport Canada.
- Eligibility to work in Canada at the time of employment is mandatory, with candidates responsible for securing any necessary permits or visas.
