Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Ramen Chef to become part of our esteemed ramen restaurant's kitchen team. This role involves crafting and cooking premium ramen dishes with a focus on maintaining consistent quality and remarkable flavor in each serving. Collaborating closely with a dedicated culinary team, the candidate will help uphold an efficient and cooperative work environment. Flexibility in schedule is necessary as the position requires availability for both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders accurately.
• Maintain sufficient stock and proper storage at work stations.
• Ensure all food is served promptly within waiting times.
• Uphold the highest standards and consistent quality in food preparation.
• Keep cooking areas and kitchen hygienic and clean.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Display organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Be a cooperative team member.
• Possess valid Food Safety Hygiene certification.

• Applicant must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Preference given to those able to start immediately.
