We are excited to welcome motivated individuals to join our service crew team for the upcoming outlet opening in March 2024. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Compensation and Benefits

• Part-time pay up to $14.00 per hour, with public holidays paid at double rate up to $28.00 per hour
• Full-time opportunities available with monthly salaries up to $2,600, based on a five-day workweek, including full shift allowances
• Fully sponsored Food Safety Course to elevate your skills
• Meals are provided during work shifts
• Additional benefits consist of weekend allowances, attendance incentives, monthly sales bonuses, referral rewards, and overtime paid at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate

Job Responsibilities

As a member of our service crew, you will handle daily operational tasks such as taking customer orders, processing payments, consolidating daily sales, serving food and beverages, and managing reservation phone calls. Delivering excellent customer service and adeptly managing feedback are essential. You will also maintain high standards of personal hygiene and adhere strictly to company SOPs to ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food and drink preparation, performing opening and closing duties, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Those interested in kitchen roles will focus on cooking and preparing food promptly according to established SOPs, maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene standards, and keeping the kitchen environment clean and safe.
