Responsibilities
- Thoroughly check travelers’ tickets to ensure smooth processes aboard trains.
- Politely inform passengers about ticket regulations and respond to queries relating to tickets and tariffs.
- Accurately record passenger numbers and ticket checks to support service quality assurance.
- Handle unexpected situations promptly and professionally to maintain safety and order onboard.
- Collaborate closely with train staff to foster a pleasant travel experience for all passengers.
