Job description

Position Overview

This role involves leading the design and implementation of quality assurance systems that uphold the organization's mission and brand standards while addressing customer needs and ensuring employee satisfaction. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement at the property level, promoting quality initiatives and fostering support for transformational changes.

Key Duties

  • Welcome and direct visitors entering the office according to their purpose.
  • Manage routine correspondence by opening, reading, and preparing replies; attach related files as needed.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle the processing and distribution of inbound and outbound mail efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for records and reports.
  • Transmit information or documents using various channels including computer, mail, and fax.
  • Prepare official communications such as letters, memos, and other documents utilizing word processing and presentation tools.
  • Update and retrieve data in computer databases pertaining to records, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Operate standard office devices such as telephone, fax, photocopier, and calculator competently.
  • Ensure all guest requests and complaints are documented and relayed to appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding conduct, appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection.
  • Build and maintain cooperative working relationships to support team objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests using appropriate etiquette.
  • Offer respectful and anticipatory guest service, including assistance to individuals with disabilities.
  • Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds safely without assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Additional Information

Work location is in West Bay, Doha, Qatar. The position is full-time and onsite. This is a non-management role falling under the Administrative job category.
