Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join Tata Advanced Systems Limited in Jigani, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably from the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, handling inspection instruments, and conducting inspections at receiving, in-process, and final stages.
- Oversee quality inspection activities, record results of part movements, manage non-conformance (NC) issues, complete work orders and maintain management information systems (MIS), and perform stamping duties.
- Conduct periodic calibration of inspection tools, maintain calibration reports, and develop quality plans for both designed and non-designed tools.
Additional Information
Work location is at Jigani, Bengaluru. Candidates with aerospace industry background will be given preference.
