Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Incharge for Footwear Closing (Fitter) to oversee quality control operations at our facility in Artoni, Agra. The role involves ensuring that all footwear uppers meet approved sample standards and maintaining rigorous quality checks throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that all uppers produced on the closing line correspond accurately with the approved samples.
• Inspect the stitching, thread quality, accessories, branding, and overall craftsmanship to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Keep daily records of quality inspections and production details in a register.
• Conduct random quality inspections on the production line to confirm correct upper production.
• Immediately escalate any quality discrepancies to senior management and follow up on solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of uppers without compromising quality standards.
