Role Overview
We are seeking a French-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join our team in Dublin City Centre. The role involves supporting comprehensive quality assessments of client workflows, including content moderation, ID verification, and escalation handling within the client’s Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of content moderation tasks related to sensitive topics such as violence threats, self-harm promotion, fraudulent activities, impersonation, hate speech, spam, child exploitation, explicit material, and sexual solicitation.
- Verify the authenticity and compliance of user identification and access flows.
- Manage escalations and special reviews concerning high affinity content like viral media and dangerous organizations, ensuring cultural contextual awareness in line with client policies.
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants must provide proof of prior content moderation experience. A strong grasp of regional and cultural political/social nuances is crucial for accurate policy application. Proficiency in French is essential, alongside excellent communication skills.

Terms and Conditions
- Full-time permanent employment based onsite at Dublin city centre (no remote option).
- Salary of €42,667 per annum.
- 40-hour workweek with flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday between 08:00 – 19:00.
- Four weeks of mandatory onsite training.
- Employment contingent on clearance of right to work, criminal record, credit, and other associated background checks.
- No leave requests allowed during the first 8 weeks to ensure full training completion.
- Applicants must hold valid and ongoing permission to work in Ireland; sponsorship is not provided.
