About the Role
As a Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduler, you will oversee agent scheduling to align with the business's requirements, ensuring the workforce is optimally staffed to satisfy customer demand effectively. You will partner closely with team leaders to devise and roll out scheduling strategies that bolster operational efficiency and maintain compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate agent schedules in accordance with business needs to maintain appropriate coverage levels.
- Work collaboratively with team leaders to create and execute scheduling plans that enhance productivity.
- Continuously evaluate schedule effectiveness through monitoring and analytics, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to company guidelines, labor laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between two to ten years of hands-on experience in workforce management scheduling or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IEX software or comparable workforce management systems.
- Have a solid grasp of call center processes, including the ability to conduct forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
