Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Control General Manager to join our growing San Diego GMP team. This role is pivotal for supporting the manufacturing and development of nanoparticle therapeutics under stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee GMP manufacturing operations for pioneering nanoparticle-based medicines.
- Lead development efforts for the Deciparticle™ drug delivery technology.
- Drive clinical-stage and IND-enabling manufacturing activities.
- Implement process optimization and facilitate technology transfer.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing practices foundational to upcoming commercial products.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, nanomedicine, or sterile manufacturing environments.
- Proficient understanding of FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations.
- Exceptional focus on quality assurance, thorough documentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Deep dedication to advancing innovative therapies for patients.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary band ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities. The position also includes comprehensive benefits and promising career advancement opportunities.
