About the Opportunity

Oncotelic is expanding its Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility in San Diego to support the development and production of its proprietary Deciparticle™ nanomedicine platform along with cutting-edge oncology treatments. The company is assembling a highly skilled team to advance innovative therapeutics in the biotechnology sector.

Open Positions

• Quality Assurance Specialists focusing on GMP Documentation, compliance, batch record review, and quality systems
• Quality Control Scientists including roles in analytical chemistry, microbiology, method development and validation, and stability testing
• Manufacturing and Process Development roles such as manufacturing associates, process engineers, GMP production specialists, formulation scientists, and positions focused on technology transfer and scale-up

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GMP manufacturing of novel nanoparticle-based therapeutics
• Advance development of the Deciparticle™ drug delivery platform
• Support IND-enabling as well as clinical-stage manufacturing activities
• Optimize manufacturing processes and facilitate technology transfer
• Help establish foundational manufacturing capabilities for future commercial pharmaceutical products

Candidate Profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biologics, nanomedicine, or sterile manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations
• Strong commitment to quality, detailed documentation, and continuous process improvement
• Dedication to advancing innovative medical treatments to patients

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for these roles is between 60,000 and 120,000 USD annually, depending on experience, expertise, and specific responsibilities. Employees will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package and prospects for professional growth within the company.
