Position Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Chief Growth Officer to spearhead growth initiatives across multiple business divisions. This executive role reports directly to senior leadership and will be responsible for leading both organic and inorganic growth activities including business development, distribution strategy, strategic alliances, acquisitions, and operational improvements. This position presents a significant leadership opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a rapidly growing platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the firm's comprehensive growth strategy covering client acquisition, partnerships, and expansion efforts.
- Drive distribution targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Establish and sustain referral relationships with intermediaries such as attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and industry experts.
- Manage corporate development initiatives including sourcing, assessing, and executing mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and advisor team integrations.
- Discover and foster opportunities to improve collaboration and cross-selling across the firm's business units.
- Develop scalable operational processes along with performance measurement and reporting systems to support long-term growth.
- Recruit, guide, and lead a high-performing growth and business development team.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics including sales pipeline, client growth, assets raised, and progress on strategic projects.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience in growth strategy and business development within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in expanding assets under management organically and via acquisitions.
- Existing network of relationships with advisors, RIAs, or institutional allocators.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management, asset management, alternative investments, or associated sectors.
- Proven track record in increasing client acquisition, revenue, assets, or executing strategic growth plans.
- Preferably experienced in leading acquisitions, partnerships, or inorganic growth tactics.
- Strong strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and capability to design scalable infrastructures.
- Willingness to operate on-site in Chicago, Boston, or Salt Lake City with necessary travel.
