About the Role
Grow Early Learning seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Reviewer to join its Washington, DC Administrative Office. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Quality Assurance to conduct thorough and timely reviews of Direct Service centers, Delegate Agency centers, and regional offices. The position supports the annual self-assessment process and federal reviews, requiring frequent travel (approximately 2-3 times per month for 2-3 days each trip) within a typical office environment.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Director of Quality Assurance to ensure comprehensive quality assurance evaluations of early childhood service centers and agencies.
- Manage and contribute to the annual self-assessment and prepare for scheduled federal reviews.
- Conduct site visits and assessments that may involve travel multiple times monthly.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Preferred: A Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including monitoring and training roles.
- Accepted: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline with 10 years of experience, including monitoring/training.
- Experience with Head Start programs preferred.
- Familiarity working with the Latino community and knowledge of agricultural worker culture and lifestyle.
