Quality Assurance Executive

Position Summary

The role involves supporting the Quality Assurance Executive (QAE) team by assessing students' employability skills via video calls, gathering feedback, maintaining records, and assisting with quality reporting and coordination tasks at the Hyderabad Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assessments of student employability skills through video calls.
• Assist in evaluating students' core skills relevant to employability.
• Collect student feedback systematically and maintain documentation.
• Create and manage basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Update assessment records and trackers regularly.
• Coordinate assessment-related activities with the internal team.
• Support quality documentation and reporting efforts.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient communication skills, fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and Hindi (speaking).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and students.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project exposure in assessment, quality control, training, operations, or reporting is advantageous.

Additional Information

• This role reports directly to the Manager – Quality Assurance Executive.
• Position is based in Hyderabad at the Head Office.
