Role Overview
We are seeking graduates to join our Audit team in Christchurch starting February 2027. Our team ensures that organisations accurately report their performance, providing stakeholders with confidence by delivering thorough audits. This role goes beyond simple compliance by supporting better decision-making and growth for organisations. The Christchurch office offers a close-knit environment with diverse exposure, strong relationships, and potential client engagement involving travel.
Working in Audit, you will learn to dissect intricate financial scenarios, collaborate with experts, and use sophisticated technology to make a significant impact on business trust and success across New Zealand.
Candidate Profile
- Completed or final-year undergraduate degree in areas such as Commerce, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Data Analytics, Management Studies, Mathematics, or Science.
- Either in final year of study or recently graduated.
- Committed to undertaking professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), CPA Australia, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Strong academic track record and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive learner with a curious mindset and eagerness to develop.
- Effective interpersonal skills with confidence in client and team interactions.
- Capable of managing time efficiently and juggling multiple priorities.
- Collaboration-oriented with flexibility to adapt across various teams and client engagements.
- Well-rounded involvement outside academics including work experience, sports, volunteering, leadership, or extracurricular activities.
