About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Punjabi Political Content Writer who possesses deep insight into Punjab's political scene, current events, and public sentiment. The candidate will craft persuasive, culturally resonant, and precise political materials in Punjabi (Gurmukhi) tailored to meet campaign goals.
The position offers a competitive salary up to ₹80,000 per month dependent on experience, with opportunities to engage in impactful political campaigns within a dynamic, high-energy environment fostering professional advancement in political communication and public affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Compose political speeches, scripts, campaign content, and public addresses in Punjabi.
- Prepare press releases, official statements, opinion articles, electoral manifestos, and policy documents.
- Create engaging political content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Develop coherent political messaging that aligns with strategic campaign objectives.
- Translate and adapt political texts from English and Hindi into fluent, impactful Punjabi.
- Conduct thorough research on political developments, public opinion, and current affairs pertaining to Punjab.
- Collaborate effectively with campaign strategists, communications, and digital marketing teams.
- Prepare materials for rallies, public meetings, interviews, debates, and media appearances.
- Ensure factual accuracy, grammatical precision, and cultural sensitivity in all content.
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and branding across all communication channels.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written skills in Punjabi (Gurmukhi script).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Punjab politics, governance, elections, and current affairs.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling capabilities.
- Adept at simplifying complex political and policy issues into accessible, engaging content.
